Your Website in a Day starts with a template. If you choose to use ShowIt - it will begin with one of my favorite Showit templates — but don’t worry, it won’t look like a template when I’m done. Together, we’ll choose the perfect design foundation from my library of hand-selected options, then I’ll customize every detail with your brand, colors, fonts, copy, and photos.

To make it even easier, I’ll send you a walkthrough video so you feel confident making edits on your own (no tech headaches, promise ✨).
Can I update my site later?
Absolutely! Every site I design includes foundational SEO setup: page titles, meta descriptions, keywords, plus Google Search Console + sitemap submission.
👉 What that means for you: your site isn’t just pretty — it’s findable. Think of it like building a gorgeous boutique on a busy street (instead of hiding it down a dirt road).
Most designers don’t touch this part, but I’m a total Google + SEO nerd 🤓 — so you’ll leave launch day with a site that’s not only designed to wow your dream clients, but also positioned to actually show up when they’re searching for you.
Will my website be optimized for Google?
If you’re dreaming of a full brand identity (think illustrations, alternate logos, patterns, and a fully fleshed-out suite), I offer a “Brand in a Week” add-on for $2,500. It’s not required at all — your website will look amazing with the mini brand suite included — but it’s there if you want to go all-in and create a truly one-of-a-kind visual identity to match your site.
What if I want more custom branding?
Before we start, you’ll fill out a fun onboarding questionnaire to share your brand details, goals, and any must-have copy or photos. Don’t stress if your wording isn’t perfect — I’ll help polish and place it into your site so it flows. (Just note: I’m not a professional copywriter, but I’ll make sure everything feels cohesive and aligned with your brand!)
On design day, we will hop on a kickoff call to start the day and you’ll just need to be available to approve the pages as I design!
How much do I need to have ready (and how involved will I be)?
Every Website in a Day comes with a mini brand suite — your primary logo, a submark, a signature, and a custom color palette + fonts. Honestly, that’s all you need to have a professional and cohesive website and brand identity.
What kind of branding is included with Website in a Day?
Showit is my favorite (and what I recommend for most creatives!) because it’s super customizable and user-friendly. But if you’re already well established on Squarespace and prefer not to switch, I can design there too! You’ll just need to purchase a template separately since I don’t have template options for that platform, and keep in mind Squarespace is a bit less customizable.
